I am doing alot of recording. Life is fantastic. I feel so incredibly happy.

I am on alot of raw foods these days. It is not 100 percent raw though. I
just have a great attitude about life. Music is healing and catharic in
general. I have a Youtube account where many people are subscribing. I
collect some beautiful (more obscure) types of music for people to listen
to. There are some wonderful people out there.

Green smoothie recipe bye Marissa

chopped organic Kale that is raw not cooked
one banana
chopped apples
raw honey (optional)
spring or filtered water to taste....

Experiment with how much water you want in there. Start out with a small
amount and they add as much as your want if you want it thinner. Get a
decent blender that has alot of power. Cheaper ones could work but you
would have to chop everything up very small.
Cool in your refrigerator. Let it blend on high for a number of minutes.
enjoy!

Raw sprouted buckwheat groats ...fabulous energy booster

I eat raw organic cage free egg yolks. I don't eat the egg whites uncooked.
They interfere with biotin absorption.
Raw buckwheat groats is a staple of mine. I eat Kelp for iodine. This is
very important. It gives you energy. I love raw Kombucha tea by synergy. I
dance alot and need energy.

I eat raw Kale salads...

I have raw kale in smoothies but I also eat raw kale as a salad with other
things in it. I add garlic, lemon and extra virgin olive oil. I try to use
all organic ingredients.

I just rode my bike and hiked for many miles, up HUGE steep hills

I live in a glorious place outside of Rhinebeck NY. I love nature. It felt
like eight miles. Rode up huge steep hills and walked up some. I love
getting a good workout and it feels great. I also think I will get in some
dancing today. I am on an extremely high raw diet but I do include some
animals foods. Raw buckwheat groats is great. You can either soak it for
eight hours and rinse thoroughly or sprout it after soaking it for 20
minutes. Raw Quinoa is terrible in my opinion. I prefer it cooked. See you.

Oil Pulling, Ayruvedic Medicine, fascinating

I have been learning about a technique called, OIL PULLING. I swish
unrefined, expeller pressed or cold pressed Sesame oil in my mouth for 15
minutes when I wake up in the morning. Before I eat breakfast. This
improves your gum health and whitens your teeth. It also helps to rid your
body of toxins. I am just learning about it. There is much info on the net
about it. So far it is improving my gum health. It will take time to notice
an improvement. I just started.

My own recipe. Kale smoothie with mint and pears

Two Pears...

fresh, not dried Mint leaves...a whole bunch...

water..filtered or spring
make it cold

lots of raw organic Kale if you can get it organic.
I like the dark green kind

Two Bananas....ripe

a good blender...

Use your judgement as to how much or what is in the smoothie..it is a
nice smoothie..I just made it tonight....

A good way to get alot of nutrition without eating it raw...but
drinking it RAW...ENJOY

How to feel fantastic, exercise and RAW FOOD LIVING FOOD

I am sprouting my Aduki beans and Mung beans. I used to cook them. Living
food though has more nutrients and live enzymes and oxygen content. I cook
sweet potatoes though and they are a hyaluronic acid food and so is the
skin of fish such as sockeye wild salmon. I eat raw beets, raw cranberry
sauce and I am sprouting buckwheat and soaking wild rice for 20 hrs. I eat
mostly raw food. I eat big green salads with raw kale, raw broccoli, raw
cauliflower, raw spinach etc..I love raw garlic, ginger root. I feel so
phenomenal physically and I hike and bike ride all the time or dance when
it rains outside. If you want info on health and raw food feel free to
contact me.
